1. What is the format km3?

Km3 format is a file system as exclusive to sing karaoke with HD quality in both video and audio.

2. Can I play a km3 on my computer?

Yes, but would have to install one of the 3 versions of the Software Karaokemedia.

3. Requirements that need to install KARAOKEMEDIA HOME?

1 Gb Ram

4. What operating system I need to install Karakemedia Home?
   

Windows XP (SP2) (32 or 64 bits).
Windows XP Professional (SP2) (32 or 64 bits).
Windows Vista * (Sp1) in any version (32 or 64 bits).
Windows 7 on any version (32 or 64 bits).

   
! IMPORTANT! Is important that the installation of karaokemedia Home is made as administrator mode.



5. Can I install the home version on different computers?

Purchases made with the Home version of the program can only be played on the computer which you register the program, the Home version only allows the registration of 2 computers per account, with the possibility of buying third machine from the Plus section.



6. Can I play a km3 in a DVD player?

No, we can play with the software Karaokemedia in any of its 3 versions.

7. What is the difference between playback and karaoke km3?

The Playback is an Audio that is backing, never sung by the original artist, the format which is sold is mp3 at 192 Kbps (CD quality), and km3 is a high quality format which can read the lyrics of the song while we listen, you can only play in Karaokemedia Software.

8. How do I view a demo of the km3 format?

There are demos on our page which http://www.karaokekm3.com entering descriptions of the track you will see a window with a reproduction of the format, in this demo does not include the bottom of the video but once purchased will enjoy all its advantages

9. How occupies a km3?

Km3 weight varies between 3Mb - 7 Mb depending on how long the song

10. How much do the songs?

You have different prices, but you can get songs from € 0.99 to € 2.99 (canon not included).

11. How long do I have an after purchase until I download it?

For safety the limitation of the files are limited to 3 downloads, so we recommend making a backup copy of songs purchased since last these 3 downloads the file is automatically erased from the customer's control panel.

12. How can I recover the songs after downloading 3 times?

If you have already downloaded the songs and not backed up, has 15 days from the date of order to make a retrieval request at no charge, after which time you can retrieve the entire order at a cost of 20% of the order.


13. Can I retrieve only one song of the order?

No, can only recover the full order


14. Can I play my songs km3 in other computers?
    

You can play them on other computers if you enter your account On Karaokemedia Software, limit 2 machines expandable to third.

15. What kind of licenses are there?

Currently has 2 types of licenses Karaokemedia Home And Karaokemedia Pro.


16. What is the Sgae and publishers Canon?

This canon is the recipient of the authors and publishers of each song by the creation of their works. Thus we meet the established law and does not contribute to piracy.

17. Do I have to pay this canon?

All countries are obligated to pay royalties, and is punishable distribution and marketing without permission.

18. Forms of payment available?

Payment for purchases can be made through Paypal and through bank transfer.
The minimum payment by Paypal is 5 €
The transfer payment no minimum payment.


19. What can i do if a song doesn't download?

The first thing to look at is whether we have in our computer some kind of firewall that does not allow us to download the song, or enter www.karaokekm3.com on your control panel and download the order..

20. What if a km3 does not work?

For a song in km3 not work, or this wrong should send an email to:support@karaokekm3.com
indicating the user name, the song is wrong and why, as soon as possible our technical review and rectify the damaged track and will contact you indicating how to get the new song.

22. Can I download or share songs km3 through P2P programs?

    The songs km3 can only be purchased on Karaokemedia official pages. Km3 files have a user security, so if they download or share files km3 not work on other computers, however the share these files without authorization or karaokekm3.com Karaokemedia entail suspension of the account.

If your account is locked contact an administrator to study the block


25. Can I recover the balance of a blocked account?

The blocked accounts can not recover the balance.

26. Can I transfer the balance from one account to another account created?

You can transfer balances from sending an email to the e-mail address for your account, indicating the user where to transfer the balance.

27. Can i Transform a km3 to video?

No, km3 format can not be converted to video.

28. How can I download the songs?

The songs can be downloaded from the control panel of the web, or from Karaokemedia Software Store
